TODAY X-COUNTRY (ITE WEST)
23RD POSITION

What a fun day it is...
Finally started to run again, and i had to start with this 5km cross country.
Was very tiring, but still had to complete my race in order to get into the top 50.
Cause i promised people that i will get into top 50.
Didn't want to really force myself today as i'm still suffering from injuries..
But i think i still put in 40% of my best into that race.
I vomited half way through the race lor.
Hehe, but after that i continue to run as i want to get into the top 50.
Getting into top 50 wasn't as easy as i thought, and i really had a bad time getting it.
I remember that i started to change my momentum of breathing, from (breath in breath out) to (breath in then out and in and out then breath in and in and out and repeat each cycle for 2 times.) The breathe was like rex tay rex tay, nicole tan nicole tan... That was how i was breathing just now.
And it really works..
I was thinking about her all the time, and i ran for her.
I could feel her nearby and all her strength in me..
That was what made me ran...
I love her until i couldn't describe myself.
Maybe god knows how?
Hehe, then after the run i immediately rush to meet Nicole..
She was looking so sad today lor, and after a while she started crying because of her results..
Then i lent her my shoulders to lie on...
Seeing her sad makes me sad too.
Maybe i would cheer her up?
Hope i can.
Anyway i am currently trying out this basketball program which is emphasized on dribbling skills..
Hope it works!
Then tomorrow have to teach both of my friends how to play basketball..
Anyway, i am ending here.
